Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints while maintaining a positive customer demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and workflow.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our Hiring Event.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
