Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, chat messages, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize our paid training to become an expert on our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to resolve complex account issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train willing candidates! No prior experience is necessary.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and navigating web browsers.
