Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while strictly adhering to established scripts and guidelines.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account information in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products to enhance satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the call center software for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality and reduce call handle times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM) are essential.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations calmly.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
