- Document all interactions according to company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and headset required for remote/hybrid roles.
