Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries by identifying root causes and implementing effective, timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, account details, and transactions within our CRM system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company announcements to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
