- Process Orders: Accurately process transactions, returns, and exchanges using our proprietary CRM software.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account changes.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to promote our services and enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
