Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues by clarifying the customer's concern and providing detailed information.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Transfer customers to the appropriate department when complex issues arise.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and resolve escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for full-time shifts.
