Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory management.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve complaints professionally, adhering to company policies.
- Assist in training new hires regarding weekend shift protocols and service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the logistics team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- A valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
