- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and track resolutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Meet/exceed daily KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer journeys
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies
- Participate in quarterly training to update product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
