Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product/service information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Resilience under pressure with conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Positive attitude with teamwork focus
