Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document detailed customer interactions and account information accurately into our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional, calm demeanor during peak night hours and high-stress situations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value and revenue.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6 PM - 2 AM or 8 PM - 4 AM).
- Demonstrated ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
