Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail support.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.
