Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, analyzing information, and recommending effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Educate customers on products and services, addressing their needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team while keeping the customer informed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to work remotely.
