Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize service processes and procedures.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
