Responsibilities

- Problem Solving: Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Process Adherence: Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to help improve products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide paid training).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (including occasional shifts on weekends or holidays as needed).
- Location: Must reside in or near Long Beach, CA.
