Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing top-tier service.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the internal database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for our Hiring Event.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
