- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log all customer interactions and account details into our CRM system.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on new features, policies, and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
- Collaborate with Team Leads: Communicate complex issues to management and work as part of a cohesive team to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and typing (40+ WPM).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
