Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document cases in Salesforce with 99% accuracy and maintain client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue escalation
- Participate in bi-weekly training to master product knowledge and soft skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience required
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
