- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction metrics
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and knowledge base
- Meet/exceed performance targets including first-contact resolution and quality scores
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
