Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately

Qualifications

- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
