Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
