Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvements for client satisfaction
- Support escalations from junior team members during night shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10PM-6AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
