Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using problem-solving skills and product knowledge
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and CSAT scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and process efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or similar environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
