Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for healthcare clients with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve patient inquiries, billing questions, and appointment scheduling
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Adhere to strict security protocols for protected health information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM Pacific Time, including weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
