Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with support teams to address complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call time and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and suggestions
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or tech support
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
