Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in CRM system with precise details
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to in-person hiring event
