Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend operating hours (Sat-Sun)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain organized displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store standards
- Support community events and promotional activities
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts (6-8 hours/day)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Downtown Fresno location
- Previous customer service experience preferred
