Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and efficiency
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems (Salesforce) and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery processes
- Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge and soft skills development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Windows applications
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis location
