Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)

- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining 100% data accuracy
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless 24/7 service delivery
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
