Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on problem resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and billing.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even during high-stress situations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service level agreements are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
