Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and web navigation).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
