Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not required for our Hiring Event.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
