Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries accurately, adhering to established scripts and guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and supportive work culture.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
