Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, accuracy, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and account modifications using CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the internal database for future reference.

Qualifications
