- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and empathetically during night hours.

- Document all customer interactions and account details properly.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and rotating weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ wpm).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
