Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and CSAT
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/night shift environment
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts as needed
