Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications with 99% accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless issue escalation
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (CSAT ≥ 95%)
- Participate in quarterly product knowledge certifications
- Identify process improvement opportunities through analytics
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/virtual environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Typing speed ≥ 50 WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Availability to commit to fixed night shift schedule
