Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by applying product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently within the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic demeanor during night shifts.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for some locations.
