Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for technical and product inquiries
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet performance metrics for response time and CSAT scores
- Participate in ongoing training on products and processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or chat support experience
- Exceptional written communication with professional tone
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 chat conversations simultaneously

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
