Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type accurately.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic office software.
