Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests with patience and a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information and account details in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing to customers.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup with a high-speed internet connection and a quiet environment.
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
