Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat messages regarding products and services during night shift hours.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining strict data entry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers during shift handovers to ensure continuity of service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product updates and policy changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technology: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home office environment, and a dedicated computer.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Location: Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area (or be willing to relocate to Ohio for corporate office proximity, though remote).
- Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
