Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with typing.
