Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account information, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds according to established company policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior customer service experience required. (We provide training!)
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
