Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately enter customer information and order details into our CRM database.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
