Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback within the database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be a local resident of California.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position due to our paid training.
