Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Adapt to new technologies and industry updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in fast-paced settings
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, browsers)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
