Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process transactions and update customer records
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
- Meet performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues
- Master product knowledge through ongoing training
- Support seasonal campaigns and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Customer service mindset (patience & empathy)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown Memphis
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Must start training within 14 days of hire
