Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately log interactions, track customer history, and update account information.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting, order inquiries, returns, and account management.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are escalated and resolved efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding company policies, services, and product features.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Participate actively in paid training sessions and shadow shifts to master our service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to learn new systems and complete our paid training program.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
