Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Follow established call scripts and quality guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and resolve escalations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with difficult situations.
